Refund policy

I recommend wording it like this:

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request a return, contact us at anansetoanancy@gmail.com before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Custom/Personalized Items
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

For a new clothing business, 14 days is a reasonable return window and helps protect you from shirts being worn and returned much later.
